Our Story
Two Compagnons.
One Obsession.
The idea for Inc.earth was born out of a chance, coffee-fuelled conversation. Two old mates realising that their complementary skills could help solving a problem that they had both observed: small businesses struggling to find web partners with a good understanding of both design and language.
Having spent decades working as a translator and copywriter, Ritz had grown accustomed to seeing clients receive beautiful websites that crumbled the moment they required content in another language. Meanwhile, Kamiel had built a career in IT and localisation, becoming increasingly frustrated with developers who treated translation as an inconvenient afterthought.
Alongside each other, they founded a studio where code and copy are created in tandem, brought to life side by side. A photographer’s eye informs every layout decision. It’s where Dutch accuracy meets creative flair.
Our Philosophy
We take on a limited number of projects each year. This is intentional. Every site we build receives our full attention — from the initial strategy session to the final pixel. We do not outsource. We do not use templates. We craft.
